When it came time to plan out our trip to Ireland we instantly knew we would need new luggage. We had heard so many great things about Away Luggage and we were so excited to test them out and take them along on our Ireland adventure.
I am so thrilled to share with you guys how and why we instantly fell in love with using Away!
When we mapped out our trip we knew with all the driving that we were going to be doing, Away was going to make it a lot easier to travel. They have four different sizes to choose from and we were able to try out their carry-on and the large suitcase. Away prides themselves off of listening to travelers and selling thoughtfully designed luggage for the modern traveler, and that is EXACTLY what we experienced using our new luggage!
One of the most amazingly thoughtful features is the built in USB phone charger in their carry-on bag! Not only did that help us while traveling internationally from airport to airport it also helped while we were on the road and needed an extra charge here and there! It was a big game changer for us!!
Both of these suitcases were super lightweight which made it very easy to lift the carry-on into the overhead compartments on the plane as well as stuff in a few extra items of clothing into the large suitcase since I was under the weight limit (which is a first!).
Each piece of luggage also has several compartments on the inside for all your items to be stored away neatly and organized and stay in place. It also comes with a laundry bag separating your dirty laundry from your clean clothes helping all my OCD needs be met!
We always expect our luggage to get ruined when traveling, especially from the airlines but with Away's scratch resistant surface we found that our luggage came home with us just as brand new as when we received it in the mail!
These pieces of luggage have definitely proven their weight in practicality, durability, quality and amazing design! We have never owned luggage that have the four swivel wheels on them and it makes traveling that much easier in so many ways, especially when we were going from place to place packing up every couple of days in Ireland! Did I mention the locking zippers? Safety for your personal belongings is another huge plus for me when it comes to traveling and it is now a feature I can't live with out!
